The SAMA Standard is on parade for this one and I urge as many of you to attend as possible, the good folk of Chorley have a great parade, and a great social afterwards.
If you intend to come send me a pm to let me know so I can pass on numbers.

Hi Jimmac,

This is not on the List of Events either on This Board or The Falklands 25 website. The only event listed for this date is a Service in Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral.

If you send me an email in the format of both websites (which is the same) detailing contact details, and send it to both me and the Falklnads25 website at the same time, it will be put on both lists.

I dont mean to seem ignorant, but where is Chorley please?
Jazzj
Joe,

For Gods sake don't get Chorley mixed up with Eccles. They are two totally different cakes, though both from Lancashire, different recipes?????!!!!!

Chorley is about 6miles SOUTH of Preston. Preston is in Lancashire, Lancashire is in the North West of England and England is part of the U.K. M6 jct 28/30 will get you there.
I presume You're coming Joe?

Sadly, I am due to have an ingrowing toenail removed on the 16th. If I do then I definitely wont be coming. However, I may tell them to scrub round it till next year as it doesnt bother my that often. The other reason is that the wound on my leg after my quad bypass in October is only just healing now !!!!! Don't want to be out of action for May, June or July.

The other thing is cost and a full diary for most weekends in May, June and July. I need to save some peenies for my trip to the FI in November and I haven't saved a bean yet!!!!!
jimmac(chorley lad)

Hi

I am now able to attend, I can bring the RNA Standard from Skelmersdale, but, was thinking if you already have 25 Standards would it not be better if I marched in the SAMA Platoon and "bulked" that one up.

Also where is the best place to park, I shall be driving from Skelmersdale in the morning and returning afterwards

Terry

Terry, let the train take the strain and have a few wets with the boys - you know you want to smile.gif
