South Atlantic Medal Association (1982) The Royal Maritime Club (formerly The Royal Sailors Home Club) in Portsmouth will be the venue for the 2008 AGM and Reunion weekend:- Three Day Bargain Break @ £140.00 per person Friday: Three Course Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Saturday: Gala Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Sunday: Three Course Dinner, Bed & Breakfast Two Nights' Bed and Breakfast and Gala Dinner @ £95.00 per person One Nights' Bed and Breakfast and Gala Dinner @ £63.00 per person Gala Dinner Only @ £30.00 per person Please be advised that NO bedrooms have been blocked out for our exclusive use so we are competing for all the bedrooms with everyone else entitled to use the Club. To that end please download and complete the Booking Form and post it to The Royal Maritime Club as soon as possible to ensure your accommodation. When all the accommodation in the Club is booked then there are many Hotels, Guest Houses and B&Bs in Portsmouth and Southsea please see the Portsmouth Accommodation List provided. Irrespective of whether you are attending or not, could ALL Members download the Reunion Attendance / Apology Form and return it to me. This is to ensure that your details held by SAMA (82) are correct. (I asked for this to be done last year and the response was very poor.) As Programme details are amended, they will be promulgated on the SAMA Website, 2008 AGM and Reunion Page.
