Reunion Programme

Friday 4th April:

Afternoon and Evening Check In.
Evening Dinner and social gathering / run ashore in Pompey.

Saturday 5th April:

Breakfast.
Morning at your Leisure.

1400 - AGM followed by a Forum on the Balcony of the Ball Room.

1900 - Assemble in Victory / Nelson Bar and Compass Room for pre dinner drinks
Complimentary Rum / Pimms

Purchase your own wine in Brocks Bar for the Dinner at this time and choose your seats in the Ball Room.
2000 - Seated in The Ball Room for the Gala Dinner.
(Please remember if you ordered Sweet or Cheese & Biscuits).

Port for the Loyal Toast
Raffle (Prizes required - ring Joe)
Dancing to the DJ.

Bar till 0100. Ballroom cleared by 0130.

Sunday 6th April:

Breakfast
1100 - Join the Congregation of St Thomas' Cathedral in Old Portsmouth for their Morning Service combined with the SAMA(82) Annual Reunion followed by a prayer at the HMS Glamorgan window.

On completion - Wreath Laying Ceremony at the RN & RM Falklands War Memorial by The Square Tower, Old Portsmouth - 100 metres from the Cathedral.
Rev David Cooper, the SAMA(82) Chaplain will be officiating.
SAMA Member Paddy Burton (40RM) will be playing the pipes during the wreath laying
The SAMA Standard and HMS Glamorgan Association Standard will be on Parade.
