South Atlantic Medal Association (1982) The Union Jack Club, Sandell Street, Waterloo, London will be the venue for the 2009 AGM and Reunion weekend:- Three Night Package @ £150.75 per person. (= 1 Night, Room Only, FREE) Friday Night: Carvery Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Saturday Night: Gala Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Sunday Night: Carvery Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Two Night Package @ £132.00 per person Friday or Sunday Night: Carvery Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Saturday Night: Gala Dinner, Bed and Breakfast One Night Package @ £75.00 per person Saturday Night: Gala Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Gala Dinner Only @ £30.00 per person Please be advised that Accommodation is at a premium at the Club and the Numbers for the Gala Dinner are strictly limited to 200 and will be on a “First Come – First served” basis. To that end please complete the Booking Form and post it to The Union Jack Club with your deposit as soon as possible, to ensure you are accommodated in the Club and have a place for the Gala Dinner. ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE ON THE BOOKING FORM. BOOKINGS BY PHONE OR EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!! Irrespective of whether you are attending or not, could ALL Members please download the Reunion Attendance / Apology Form and return it to me. This is to ensure that your details held by SAMA (82) are correct and that your apologies for not attending the AGM are recorded. If the Programme details are amended, they will be promulgated on the SAMA Website, 2009 AGM and Reunion Page.
